About Us

Founded in 1978, LT Drilling is headquartered in Sunray, Texas. We have expanded our operations to include four other operating facilities in the panhandle of Texas including Dalhart, Dumas, Hereford and Pampa. We operate as a full-service water well drilling and pump service contractor with a focus on large diameter projects primarily for agricultural and municipal customers. Based on our reputation for providing excellent, responsive service, we enjoy a dominant share of the markets we serve. Outside the panhandle of Texas, we also serve customers in northwestern Oklahoma, southwestern Kansas and northeastern New Mexico.

In April, 2004 LT Drilling became a part of the Hydro Resources organization, a leading company in the water well drilling and pump service industry operating throughout the south, southwest, midwest and western sections of the United States. Since that time, we have grown significantly as the financial strength of our parent company and the shared resources of other Hydro Resources companies have allowed us to focus on larger project opportunities available in the marketplace and provide an increased level of service and responsiveness to our customers.
